[CPT-UK] Nov. 18th amongst other things

H i CPT-UK Folk!
 
Most of you don't know me yet.  My name is Dora-Marie and I've taken over
some of what Tim Nafziger was doing at the London Mennonite Centre.  As part
of that I'm going on my first CPT delegation to Hebron on Monday.  I was
wondering if anyone knows if we need US dollars (as suggested in the CPT
stuff), or if we'll be able to exchange Pounds during our time in
Israel/Palestine?  Also if anyone who has been on this delegation before has
any other thoughts or words of wisdom, I'm all ears. :)
 
One of the goals of my position is to organize a CPT training in the UK at
some point in the next three years, if there's enough interest, obviously.
Once I'm back in December (or possibly in the new year) it would be really
great to get together and talk about that in more detail.
 
I was also wondering if anyone is planning to go to the Strategy Day For
Campaigners?  It's 10:30am-5pm, Saturday 18th November at Friends Meeting
House (173 Euston Road, London NW1, tubes: Euston, Euston Square).  They
were hoping people wearing CPT-UK hats would be there, and I'm planning to
go, but I'm not the "real thing" yet. :)
 
In any case, I hope you are all well, and I look forward to meeting you all
at some point in the relatively near future.
