[CPT-UK] CPT London meeting on 11th of July

Dear friends,

We'd like to invite you to join us for a Christian Peacemaker Teams London
meeting in Stepney Green next Tuesday at 7:15 pm on the 11th of July. I
apologize for the lateness of this announcement, but its taken us a while to
find a date that would work for as many CPT corps members as possible. This
meeting is an opportunity to meet Justin Alexander and Jenny Eliot, two part
time members of CPT who have just moved to London and have volunteered to
help out with coordinating gatherings and events here in the future.

As some of you may know, I'll be leaving London at the end of July, so this
meeting will be my last and I'll be saying goodbye to you all. Happily, I'll
also have the chance to introduce you to my successor at the London
Mennonite Centre, Dora Marie Goulet. Although Dora Marie is not yet a member
of CPT, her job description as Peace and Justice Liason includes 1 day a
week to do CPT support work. She's very excited about working with CPT and
hopes to go on a delegation sometime soon.

One main topic of discussion for the evening will be looking at the
possibility of a local CPT project in East London. This comes out of a
strong sense from our meeting in Bradford that people would like to explore
this possibility. We may be joined by a few local people from East London as
well.

We'll be meeting at a Bangladeshi resturant called Sizzlers. According to
our local contact, "it is good food at a reasonable price and never
crowded". Of course if you want to eat ahead of time and just have a drink,
that's fine as well. It is a two minute walk from Stepney Green Tube Station
on the Mile End Road. Directions are : Come out of Stepney Green tube st,
turn right walk down to Currys, Halfords and PC World, cross over and
Sizzlers is just there opposite Currys. If you have any problems finding it,
